i walk briskly on my treadmill 5 days a week for 35 minutes.

Usually about 30 minutes a day 5 days a week and 1 hr 2 days a week....i would rly like it to be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours everyday so i will start doing that maybe tommorow

i try to do at least 30-45 minutes of cardio and light weight training a day. And on days i go to taekwondo(2-3 times a week)(i am a black belt) i end up working out 2 times a day.

I run cross country and lift weights to condition my body for good form. So I would say that I workout about 4 hours a day
