I have tried to be kind and answer questions the best way I know how, but all I am seeing is rudeness in return. I think I will just quit Q&A.

Well so long my fellow friends in the Lord! I got better things to do then try to explain answers to hard hearted people that don't want to listen to how they can get eternal life, many just want to use us to poke fun at! If I stay what would be the point if nobody wants to be serious?
Maybe one day if the Lord wills, I will come back and try to help more people with some serious questions.
As for the unbelievers, I hope you get right with the Lord before He returns!

Don't let the people get you down. The rude people are everywhere and are normally rude where ever they are. It sounds like some are only rude to Christians that do their best to answer questions, but if you were with them, you would find they are rude to others as well. Rude people are not just rude to one type of person.

When they see their rudeness makes someone upset or hurts their feelings, they are emboldened to do more rudeness. They are the scum of the earth, even if they may call themselves Christian. You should know everyone that says they are a Chrisian is not. They must follow Christ and the teachings of the Bible to be a Christian.

Anyone can follow Satan. Many do and say they follow Christ.

Well, we've answered this question many, many times. For one thing, it is more common in Religion & Spirituality because people feel very sensitive about their beliefs. Secondly, there are a lot of trolls that favor this section. We can afford to hope that the new monitoring system will reduce that problem.

So stick around and help clean out the trolls, instead of quitting. When someone asks a provocative question, and there are rude answers, report them, or at least give them thumbs down. When someone asks an inappropriate question, report them.

But be careful not to do it too casually; unjustified reporting can get you deleted.

P.S. "Religiously Sacreligious" is right: your nickname is pretty provocative, if you think about it. It sort of sets you up as a victim of some low humor.

I am not one to tell another what to do, but who knows what may be in store for you if you did stay. I mean that there is only the devil in the world (literally speaking) who is always condemning the christian and their faith.

Gods blessings on you in all of your endeavors.

Maybe some people do not know how to use the spell check at the top of the answer screen!

No hang in there just ignore the crazies like me!

Most of the rude answers are just seeking a reaction.

I try not to upset people just amuse them but I think I go overboard sometimes and for that I'm sorry.

I'm not here to ruin the experience for anyone and I hope I don't but sometimes you can make a point with humour and get it across to more people than with straight answers.

Hope I see you round on here.

:)

It's not all of yahoo answers hun, it's just this group. Religious people are touchy when you step on their toes a bit. Not everyone is rude, you are just meeting the wrong people.

Oh, and with the spell check postings I've been asking, I'm getting tired of people lecturing me on my spelling when I asked a sincere question. That's all that's about. Sorry if I offended you.

I went back and looked at some of your answers and I must tell you I found some of them rude. I suggest not threatening people and telling them they need your god. If you are rude to others you usually get rudeness in return. Honestly I found your answers to be extremely condescending.

If you want to be rude, that is fine but then don't be surprised and complain when others are rude in return.

Some people get a kick out of being rude and they hide behind yahoo g&a. I would appreciate the helpful answers and ignore the rude stuff.

I know, and I want to assemble a group dedicated to making it so that people aren't so rude, but so far, noone wants to join. All I've gotten are rude answers. Ironic, huh?

Where would the world be without rude people? I mean if we were all sickly sweet with every answer we gave, we'd all have cavities by now.

Are you going to quit everything that doesn't go the way you want it to?
If this is a religious issue, can't you take some comfort in the fact the J. C. had to deal with more than rudeness, and He didn't run away.
