Are men more responsible for forming women's dating expectations, since in the early years, we are the ones who usually cause the "hearbreak", or should young girls be taught by their mothers to expect this, and be more prepared for their "first love"?? Or is there nothing to be done to prevent/prepare for hurt, and men are men, and not evil??

It isn't so much a matter of "fault" as it is just part of life, no one goes through life without being hurt, getting upset over a relationship or feelings of loss in a relationship. There is nothing that can be done to prevent these things, it is just the way it is.
But I do think that as a Parent you need to talk to your kids and let them know that when they fall for that first "love" that often it can end in hurt, because everyone is young, and neither knows what they really want, so things will be said, things will be done, and they both need to keep their hearts in check and learn for the experience.
This is one reason why young kids should not be able to date so young, it is difficult to have your heart crushed so early in life, and you tend to walk way feeling like it will always be this way.
So just know that anything can happen, and to always be kind to others, and hope they respect your feelings in the same way.
Good luck!

You are just generalizing galore about men to the point I even started to doubt the piece. However, even if my suspicions are accurate, it deserves a response. It is a myth from way back to fault men for anything that went wrong in relationships. Remember when it was fashionable to claim that women did not cheat on their men----do you truly believe that?.All of these beliefs are carry-overs from the period before E.R.A(equal rights amendment) when men were supposed to be in control. The facts are that both are equally to blame, consider the following scenarios:If a man is cheating , who is he cheating with(a woman),a man is expected to accept physical emotional, mental, and vocal abuse like a man( whatever that means)while a woman can express the pain ; and so on.What I am trying to clarify is that the answer depends on whom you ask -man or woman. Both have their hearts broken, bleed when cut, want to love and be loved, need to be respected, cared for , and appreciated. If a man hurts a woman, then all men are bad as far as that woman is concerned and if a woman hurts a man ,then all women are bad as far as that man is concerned. With 6 billion people in the world split almost equally between men and women, you can see how absurd such statements are, which is the reason why one should not generalize.

Women teach men how to treat them. Men do the same. People who demand love and respect get it. They don't wait around for some loser to get a clue while life passes them by. There is not enough time to live miserable.
There are some real losers in both sexes. If the nice people did not stand around and allow themselves to be repeatedly mistreated, the clueless ones would get a clue and change their behavior or they would be very lonely.
You can't change what people do, but you can decide what you will put up with. You teach people how to treat you.
