I have to agree with the others. He may have "I don't want kids" on his profile, but will change his tune in the presence of someone he thinks is cute. In the end he has the sneaky option of coming back with..,"But my profile says I don't want kids, blah, blah., etc." so he doesn't have to take his relationship with a female seriously, especially if he doesn't want to wear a condom.

They're trying to play the "hard to get" card. They think that by seeming like a relationship challenge that women will work harder to "conquer" them. This is usually not the case (correct me if i'm wrong).
