What Is The Difference Between An Amplifiar And A Bass Amplifair?

I always thought an original main amplifiar controls everything including the bass, until i found out there was an amplifiar for the bass, so when it comes to people having speakers and such in their car, they have more than one amplifair in their car?

most amps don't have the power to drive below about 300hz all the way to about 15khz, so for die hards who need to wreck their ears there is a bass amp specifically designed to go lower than 300hz with enough power to drive speakers at that freq.

the lower the freq the more power u need.
