I just moved, and now I live pretty close to my ex girlfriends house! I spent most of the day hanging out with her around the town (park, starbucks, etc...) and I had fun, but is it a good idea? Also, I think she smokes (I don't) so would that might create problems later! What should I do?

Uh, she's you EX, right? but you're civil I'm assuming.
If she smokes(at 16?!??), maybe she's not the best person to hang around with....best way to tell, does she stink(not BO, like, smoke stink).

Well you might of spent the day together, but you don't even know if she smokes. My guess is that there is more you don't know about each other. Are you confusing yourself or are you confusing her? Is it a good idea to have fun, or is it a good idea to see her? You two broke for a reason. Hypothetically, how would you feel if she had a boyfriend and brought him along as you spent the day together? Would it be as much fun? Whatever you do, don't play games with emotions.

first of all, if someone is smoking that should not be an issue with you if you have any willpower at all. Just don't smoke. Unless of course she is smoking something other than cigarettes - then stay away from her when she is doing that. It's not worth the hassle.
There is nothing wrong with hanging out with someone who you have fun with as long as you are still hanging out with other friends, too. Keep you life balanced and let things work out naturally.

Yeah it kinda is. My mom had an affair with this guy years in the past mutually as he replaced into married. ultimately the guy left his spouse for my mom. They have been mutually for type of 5 years, then broke up. My mom is married and offered a house quickly around the line from the lady who's marriage she helped destroy. She has teenage young ones, and that they actually known my mom even however they have been truly youthful on the time. They instructed their dad, and that i assume he instructed them to no longer point out it to their mom, by way of fact there is been no problems. Just ask her if she smokes or not. If you all are not a couple still, then what is the problem wih you all hanging out? Unless you have a girlfriend, that then would be a problem.

Why don't you get a new girl to get around, the one that don't smoke. i think it's time wasting to be around your ex...well, u could still have fun with your ex though but wouldn't it better to get a new atmosphere with having some wonderful time with other friend of yours?

Its a fine idea as long as you are not obsessive over her and still have feelings for her. Enjoy your time together and if she smokes thats her business. Why should it matter to you?
