No, you cannot get pregnant by having his penis in or near your mouth. To get pregnant, his penis must be in or near your vaginal opening.
Please be sure that your boyfriend has a clean bill of health (i.e. no STDs) since some STDs are transmitted via oral sex. Make sure your boyfriend shows you recent lab results verifying he is "clean".
You might want to do some research and learn a lot about STDs before having any type of sex since it is also the only way to know all about safe sex.
