After something like this...time is the healer. You gotta have some friends to lean on and support you. After me and my ex broke up; the 2 weeks after was the hardest part, and I had some good friends to help me keep my mind off her. Make sure to keep yourself as busy as possible. Don't sit around and dwell on the past because it will only make you feel worse. Start looking forward, start going out and trying to meet new people. Don't be affraid to talk about it either, you'll feel better after you get some things off your chest trust me. But like I said before, go out with your friends... have a good time and before you know it another guy will sneak up on you. Good luck to ya.

You've got to let it go.

Why not? You're broken up aren't you?
He's free now,... and so are you.
The quicker you get back out there and find
someone else, the better for you.

that bastard, order pizzas and have them delivered to his house, screw his best friend, have someone else call his phone and pretend to be from a clinic, tell him that's it mandatory to notify people listed on his partners positive HIV test, or just wait it out, it will pass
