I wouldn't say that I speak IN Spanish, I speak Spanish.

i dont get your question at all. mom is madre if thats your question.

"Mom" is mamá, mamacita, mami or jefa.
"Madre" has too many rude phrases associated with it.
Better to use one of the above, especially in conversation.
