First of all, no Jews do animal sacrifices anymore, white or black or any other color you can think of.
Secondly, what we do has nothing to do with whether we believe in the New Testament.
Thirdly, the reason we don't do animal sacrifices is because we have no Temple to do them in, and only Moshiach (messiah) can re-build the Temple.

This is an excellent question! If they don't believe in the New Testament, than the rituals contained in the Old Testament which were ordered as a shadow of things to come should still be practiced.

What does that have to do with anything???
Jews don't do any type of sacrifices anymore since the Holy Temple was destroyed a long long time ago...
