colon cleansing is an absolutely uneccisary procedure. all your colon is is a tube. ask your doctor about it, they will tell you the same thing. And dont be doing any medical procedures without a doctors advice. If you want to lose weight, dont look for quick fix ideas, you have to do it right. Think about it logically: if you have 7-15 lbs in your colon (which is completely untrue, your colon is only about 6 inches long. no way you have that much in there.) and you get rid of it, you will be no skinnier. you arent taking any fat off your body, just stuff out of your lower intestine that your body gets rid of naturally. Bad idea all around.

The colon is not a drain pipe. Waste does not adhere to the walls of the large intestine akin to the drain under your sink. However, some persons can be very constipated from a poor, low fiber diet, and have impacted stool through much of the five to six foot length of the colon.

Such persons are best served by a better diet, stool softeners and the temporary use of laxatives under the supervision of a physician. The medications need not be very expensive. Prune juice alone might do the trick, tastes good, contains vitamins and is a heck of a lot cheaper than the nostrum you saw on the infomercial.

Everybody needs to do a colon cleanse now and then.Because we eat so much of the wrong things. Even heathy eaters need it. Check with your doctor just to be sure. If you are on medications you need to be careful, but you really need a cleanse, too. Medicine is toxic to the body and interfers with body functions. Also you may need a liver cleanse. Don't be surprised if your doctor poo-poos the idea. Most MD's are really not up to date on these matters. So it might be wise to see a homeopathic doctor.

as far as i will tell, there are no longer any shown weightloss advantages from the acai berry, juice, or pills. It does look a large supplement (I take it, yet do no longer sell the stuff!) and is stuffed with anti oxidents, which help forestall harm on your physique. yet that's what you're able to take it for, no longer weightloss or fat burning. The acai berry itself is a superb difficulty - has lots of anti oxidents etc and is unquestionably right for you. yet there is no longer something fairly to signify in medical words that it helps with weightloss. And there are assorted scams obtainable, be careful the place you purchase it from! I take it, and that i think of i've got self assurance extra healthy and extra efficient. in spite of the undeniable fact that it is not some form of magic formulation, sorry.
