Minced with garlic and onions is great. Sometimes I substitute a red or yellow bell pepper. Reds are a touch sweeter than greens. Yellows have a lighter flavor than reds or greens, and are much sweeter.

Chopprd green peppers is a must for a good meat loaf along with chopped onion and celery.

Chopped up smaller its pretty good
I prefer to put meat in the Green Bell pepper and make stuffed peppers!

I put bell peppers in my meatloaf and i also add chopped onions,celery, garlic,one egg,Italian bread crumbs mixed in with the meat and tomato sauce. Yes it makes it taste better.

Yes,2 varieties sometimes..meduim diced green and red bell.On occasion for an added twist in flavor I'll add diced pablano peppers.

I generally use red. I like the flavor better, but green is good too.
It makes it taste better yes. Try adding onions too!
