I am not sure what you mean by ACTIONS.
CS2 is the best Photo Design software on the market.
The Tutorials are included in the opening page.
It is impossible to determine what you mean by just the word actions.
There are several programs that can be used as plug-ins that can be used in conjunction with all Adobe Programs, depending on what you mean by actions.
