In 1998, I swallowed all of the following: 90 Xanax 2 mgs/ea, 30 Percocets, and 30 Restoril 30 mgs/ea. It was a Tuesday, and I woke up the next Sunday at the ICU. I had been given CPR a total of 6 different times, and my liver and kidneys suffered severe damage. I'm still alive. The 62 Tylenol all by themselves will cause complete liver failure and will likely be fatal unless treated very quickly. A dose of Advil that large will probably cause massive stomach and intestinal bleeding, possibly with fatal results without immediate medical care.

It would definitely kill your kidneys and liver and unless you are treated immediately, you will die a very painfull and drawn out death.

It could take days to die from it. Tylenol and Advil are not the way to go.

Not sure about killing 'someone' but sure make them wish they were dead.
Some serious but not fatal permanent damage amongst the side effects.
