people tell me to be myself when trying to meet women. how can i when i am shy and start thinkof stuff to say?

forgot to mention i am 31 freakin years old and never been on date because of my shyness and my heart palpatates.

concentrate on learning as much as you can about her, birthday, likes, dislikes, family,etc. and make sure to remember it too! LOL

I'm shy....but I force myself to go up to guys. And talk to other people. It's not easy.
