RULE #1
Never leave a job before you find another one.

You haven't given us enough information. Where would you go, what are your alternatives, are you working for a service that can relocate you? Are you from a foreign country? Do you feel trapped? Is there a contract that spells out exactly what your duties are to be? Are they abusive? Are you a legal immigrant or illegal which might add to your feeling trapped. Do you have other job skills? Do you have a work permit? Will family take you in?

We don't know nearly enough to help you, but in general, if someone is being abusive you don't want to stay in that situation. You don't want them to gradually become more abusive to you. Are they paying you what they promised and can you save for a few pay checks and move on?

We don't know nearly enough about you or your situation and sometimes, the answer ultimately can only come, from inside you.

Tender your resignation. A disappointed or disgruntled person ought not to be working with children. Explain your reasons and how you feel if you are given the opportunity.

Should they beg you to stay ask for a raise, so that they value you more.

On your next job make sure you understand exactly what is involved. The menial tasks are important, no organisation can function without them. Get them to give you a definite job description, and ask what 'other tasks as appropriate' or some such phrase might mean.

I really think, you should stay at least until you find another job. After all, don't you have a mortage and some other bills, to pay.

Just because some of the people, you work with don't seem that friendly to you, don't let them stop you from being who you say are. Have a good evening.

I left my management job twenty some years ago and I were glad that I did, these days I manage my RE business in 8 digits. I took one year leave of absent from public traded company, because I know what I want.

Go on life is risky business, you may lose than win, but don't lose your lesson. Be postive and let's hear more good news from you soon.
