My beliefs are neither more real or more valuable than yours. We are both on our own paths. It does not mean that one is necessarily right and the other is wrong. My path is the right one for me and yours is the right one for you.
I am all for whatever deity or deities people choose to worship (if they in fact choose to worship any deities at all) as long as their path encourages kindness and tolerance for others.

My "beliefs" are less strong then yours.
I know my god is real; he left his thumbprint in the world while communicating to me. I do not need belief in his existence.

I cannot prove this. Me and my god were the only consciousnesses that I know for sure were present when it happened. There was no physical evidence left behind. Just an incredibly personal coincidence and the distinct sensation of pleasantly amused laughter in my mind.

I have no reason to believe that other gods do not exist. Their gods may have revealed themselves to them or may require faith without proof. No other gods have ever revealed themselves to me (that I am aware of).
My god is NOT the Creator/Universe. I do have faith that there is one, but no personal proof of its existence.

*Whispered voice* I wonder what she looks like without her mask on.

1) What makes your beliefs more real than mine?
The "beliefs" might be equally "real"...in that you truly believe what you think to be true, as surely as I do.
However, the "beliefs" may or may not be based on reality. And if two "beliefs" contradict, then they cannot both be true and both might be false. But we can have none of this nonsense about atheists and Christians and Muslims ALL being correct...

2) Why is your god real, but not any of the others?
This is like asking, "Why is you mom your mom, and no other woman your mom?"
That is just the plain and simple truth. My God exists...and no other God exists. Why is God real? He just simply is. "I AM THAT I AM!" Why aren't the other ones real? Why isn't the FSM real?

3) How can you prove this?
I cannot.

4) What do you think of people who have just as much faith and conviction as you, but in a different god?
Answer: I think they are deceived, deluded, and/or brainwashed.

-
The LORD is God, and there is no other God. However, there is a fallen angel, who was called Lucifer...and now is known as the devil, Satan. And Satan (and his cohorts) can certainly "masquerade" as an angel of light (claiming to be Michael or Gabriel)...or claim to be God, himself! And others are deceived into following (like Muslims).

-
But as it is - there is one God...and this God created the universe and mankind. And all of mankind has disobeyed God and deserve nothing but His eternal displeasure. Yet, in an amazing act of His grace, mercy, and love...He became man...dwelt with us...and willingly laid down His life - even as a sacrifice for the sins of those who believe and follow Him.

...and you know who I am talking about.

God bless!

Hello Young Lady,
I have never told anyone that "their GOD is NOT REAL". In fact I generally try not to offend anyone. I do believe that Jesus Christ is my personal Savior but I do not feel anything against you or anyone else who does not believe as I do. I can not prove my GOD to you any more than YOU could prove YOUR GOD to me. I have great love of anyone who is set inj their beliefs no matter what they are and I am open to study with anyone at any time in religious studies. Have a wonderful, WONDER-GIRL DAY! You are very pretty in that picture... Why not smile??
Thanks,
Eds

Homer Simpson once said "There are millions of religions in the world. How do we know that we choose the right one? If we didn,t are we just making God madder and madder every Sunday?"

I belive in God but I have respect for other religions and I belive deep down that we are all pretty much praying to the same god and that God whoever or whatever he is wouldn't want us to fight over him or treat people poorly over religion.

I picked my religion after researching the other choices because this one made the most sense to me, and more imporantly gave me a very good framework to work with. I couldn't care less how much other people agree or disagree, so long as they're not being annoying zealots about it. Trying to prove my religion to me more "real" than yours is like trying to prove my favorite band is "better" than yours.

You have your mind made up and I respect your wish to burn.. That's none of my business. Anymore than this atheist rant you have here. Couldn't you just keep your disbelief to yourself.
I don't want to do anything to try to convince you. But I do hope to convict you of your sin. You see this tirade is for no one but yourself. I mean if you don't believe in God fine but is that a license to berate or malign others.
Go to hell if you please, I have no wish or breath in me to try to stop you. I just ask you keep your foul nasty perversion of the truth to yourself.
Also does the fact that your name is girl wonder and your pic looks like a boy tell us anything?

What difference would that make to me, what another believes or does not believe. It does not diminish my beliefs in any way, shape or form. Everyone has their own ways, it is only fear that they are wrong that determines their treatment of others. But, maybe no one is really wrong.

Don't need to prove any thing just as you can not prove your belief to me.
Therefore I must say my belief system works for me. Same I hope for you.
Are you just curious or trying to poke some one in the eye?
