I am girl and i think that little diamond studs earrings would go down very very nice. Bracelet is good idea too, a necklace is nice as well. Any jewelery will be appreciate it. And if you do want to get her a ring is fine, but you do have to tell her this is not an engagement ring from the start. Good Luck with whatever you want to do!

Diamond cut gold bracelet. Nice watch. Ear rings. Nothing too expensive. A ring on a necklace maybe.

Get her cute earrings or a necklace. Ask her friend what your gf's favorite color is, then try to find a cool design or a nice charm on a necklace. If you get a bracelet, maybe go to a store where they sell stuff to make your own bracelet, and get words that spell your name. Good luck!

I agree, go with the necklace. Its a lot more personal then a bracelet because its sitting on her neck close to hurt and she can hold it and think of you but not as much as a commitment as a ring.

try thinking outside the box.... coming from a woman who has received many gifts.... i felt too obligated to wear necklaces all the time when a guy got it for me.... (its like they never want you to take them off) bracelets are cool.... but it has to be real (turning colors is a turn off) or even try the plastic big ones that are in style or a really nice beaded one....or try an anklette or something.... a ring would be too much but i really think it depends on how old you are and how attached you both are to each other. (not expensive.... just the nice heart ones you see like in the wal mart or k mart paper. (with this one its not the cost its the thought and sentimental meaning) but my hands down best gift from my guy was a watch. it was a really nice watch. i have a kind of weird style and he was right on....and when he gave it to me he told me he was happy about this time in life.... (corny i know... but we're weird like that) i didn't wear the watch everyday but when i did and looked at the time, i'd smile. but he's just a great guy.... he buys me lipgloss cause he likes my lips (MAC lipgloss) and silver eyelashes, and just weird stuff that he knows would bring a smile to my face. go for sentimental..... or you can go for superficial.... your choice.... good luck.

A bracelet would be great, or a pretty necklace. If she's really into you, she'll never want to take it off!

It depends. If her ears are pierced than get her earings. If not then a bracelet or necklace.

before i even read the question i was thinking bracelet with little charms on it. I think they are so cute and i never buy them for myself. i think rings and necklaces are for deeper relationships.....or you could get her some cut earrings.

How new? Honestly, I wouldn't go for jewelery until after six months or so. Sends the wrong message- been there, done that.
