a pumice might work, or you could go the nail shop and they have this thing where they wrap your feet up in like plastic and sometype of cream, its used for a callous remover and to remove dead skin, they usually recommend it if they think you need it, ive never used it but i hear it works really well and feels really good, also try to make pampering your feet a routine, lotion them i put vaseline on after the tub/shower and put socks on then in the morning they are really really smooth. Good Luck on whatever you choose!!

1] buy some Dr. Scholl's foot cream, and apply to callus at least twice a day [ petroleum jelly works too ]
2] use a pumice stone in the shower or bath, and moisturize afterward
3] use a coarse emery board to smooth out the callus, once or twice a week [ make sure feet are clean, or board will smell like feet ]. I have one callus that never goes away, so I smooth it out once a week or so.
