can you download a wmv file to a regular CD-R and play it in a regular dvd player, if so, whats the procedure?

u can if the player will play it. some say they do but they don't.

I think Philips players will play them.

just burn it as a regular file put it into the player and if it recognizes it u will get a menu. just hit play and it will play all the files in succession.
