Chef Ramsey seems like a good name, but it would not make sense since he has nothing to do with a chef.
I would suggest:

Taco Bell (Or simply Taco)

Satan
Afterall, he is Chihuahua. XD

I named my Golden Retreiver Kat and we had a cat that I named Dog.. You sure do get alot of looks when you go to the vets with a 80# Kat !! Just a suggestion but I like things "Out of the box" .. Hope it gives you some ideas .

i named my micro-teacup chihuahua paris.
but since your getting a male chihuahua i would name him something like romeo or cruz or kodiak. haha.
but ramsey is a very cute name too. =]

I saw someone suggested Mingo...I like that one since one of my three is named Mingo.
I also have one named Fiesta! That is a cool name but probably better for a girl.

Try Kingston,or use your name in somekind of way.It'll be fun to play with your name and re-arrange the letters,so it can be a treasured name for him.

If you love your dog , you should talk to him and respond as if you can understand his communication back to you. This can be the way he can tell you the name he wants to be called. If this is not the way to do it, then I've been naming my pets the wrong way.
