Don't worry you will have plenty to do. Each day of your cruise you will receive in your cabin a "newsletter" listing the time, place and particulars of everything happening for you on ship. There are generally activities like demonstrations of ice carvings, napkin folding and towel folding, and cooking demonstrations.. There will be organized games and other activities around the pools. In the evenings there are shows, one show for those with an early dinner seating and another (same show) for those who eat late. There is always free food available. Usually there is a place in ship where you can go get something. Or, you can always just pick up the phone in your cabin and order from the room service menu (food is free). If you want, you can order breakfast room service.
Then each cruise line (you didn't say which cruise line or ship you are going on) has programs just for kids. They all have teen programs so that all of the teens can get together and have fun. Some ships even have a disco area just for teens.
All ships will have a gym, a pool or two, an arcade, and some ships have ice skating, roller blading, a rock climbing wall, basketball court, table tennis, mini-golf, (the cruise ship will provide all of the sports equipment) and then you can watch movies free in your cabin and some ships have a mini-movie theater (Princess has a "movie under the starts" screen on some of its ships.). Then they have a game room with table games and cards and an internet cafe too.
I suggest that you go to the web site for the cruise lines you are going on and look at the port stops and the features for the ships.
The dress on ship is casual all day until 6:00PM. So take swim wear, shorts, sandals, beach shoes, your snorkel equipment if you have it, sun glasses and sun screen, lotions, a cap or big hat for the sun, a book if you are a reader, your music player, sneakers and clothes to workout in if you like to use the gym, your camera, and other personal toiletries. After 6:00 PM they request that you wear "sports casual" attire. That's attire that you would expect to see a person wear in a business office, shirt with a collar, slacks, skirt, blouse, etc. You can still wear shorts and swim wear in the pools and spas but not in public areas like dining rooms and restaurants, show rooms, etc

Pablo Cruise did the song Love will find a way. I remember the album cover is blue. I still like that song. Beats Tom Cruise by a mile. But a Mediterranean cruise would be really nice right now.

Depending on where you are going, you will need pretty much the same things you would take on a normal vacation. I have been on two cruises, when I went to Hawaii I took shorts, bathing suite regular thing. Then when I went on the Alaskan cruise I took more stuff along the line for winter. Coat, gloves, sweats, stuff like that. The dress up night is allot of fun, you will find people wearing anything from long gowns to just a nice Sunday best dress. I dressed up since I like to that anyway. Have a great time you will love it. I'm hooked on them now.
Oh yea! things for you to do, don't worry they will keep you really busy and they have all kinds of stuff for kids your age.

What I did is a search (use google or similar) and type in something like "cruise packing list" and there are tons from others who have travelled that you can quickly print up.
There are TONS of things to do on a cruise but ofcourse to specifically answer your question it depends on which line you are travelling on.

Among the usual stuff, I recommend your parents get a set of the 2-way radios to keep in touch with you while on board.
You will make plenty of vacation friends and you will want to hang out with them instead of your parents.
Having the 2-way radios will give your parents piece of mind that you are OK and will give you the freedom to enjoy your vacation.
We use them with our teen daughters and it helps everyone have a better vacation.
You can buy the 2-way radios at Wal-Mart, Target, Radio Shack. But be sure to bring along a power strip. There is usually only one outlet in the cabin.
