I eat a lot of fruit during the day and if I crave for chocolate I get a weight watchers chocolate popsicle.
Watch your portions.
Drink a lot of water.

Yes, it can be done. It can be done easily.

Eating habits - people say eat a bunch of small meals; i figure that, logically, exercising should be the same way. Do something physical like chopping wood, throwing rocks, or digging a hole. At school, park at the back of the lot and carry all your textbooks. Eat frequently and lightly - like an apple or banana. And drink lots of water.

I lost 12 pounds in two weeks.

well, first of all, I dont think you are fat. I mean, Im 105 and i was recently overjoyed that I broke 100 pounds. Yay me. Its really hard for me to gain weight. Anyway, i think you can if you do the right excercise and be consistant. Eat healthy. Good luck.

No, can't be done. Maybe 3 months, but nothing less. You have to change your diet and start lifting heavy weights.
