Dear God:
I know that I'm a sinner. I deserve Hell. But You sent Jesus to die for my sins. I believe that He died and rose again. I ask you now to forgive my sins, once an for all. I now receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Personal Saviour. Please come into my heart and save me, Help me to know I am saved and live for You, the rest of my life. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen.

Yes, I have when I was very young. But at that age I really did not understand anything. And throughout my growing up I couldn't understand how people could be so evil, I had to fight myself to sin like everyone else seemed to be able to do so easily. And now I am fighting with everything I got to get away from what I forced myself into. Basically, I have made my own life a living hell by my own stupidity.
Take care and may God bless you spiritually.

Ah yes, the old Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior™ pitch.

You thought it felt real blissful, didn't it? Like a cloud had been lifted. Your chest cavity felt lighter.

That moment of ultimate desperation you had, where you first mentally surrendered all feelings of self-responsibility to this external "Jesus" figure?

That left your mind open enough to grab a Bible and other literature, in an attempt to reinforce that idea. And you swallowed all the fears and other dogma with it, even if it had absolutely nothing to do with that "born again" experience.

And you never did recapture that bliss fully again like you did on that first night, did you? No, like drug user, you're doing more and more of this religion to recapture that "high" you'll never get back.

And here you are now, copying and posting the same cue-card line, thinking it's just as easy to recite it and have the same effect it had on you.

You may have FELT better. But you never GOT better.

It's not to late to take back control of your own life, learn from your own mistakes, and practice self-responsibility with critical thought.

properly, i substitute into raised catholic, had a layover in atheism, then found out i've got continually been pagan. so, no. i'm no longer a sinner, i do no longer intentionally do undesirable issues. i do no longer deserve nor have self assurance in hell. jesus in no way, in actuality, lived. forgiveness from a god isn't mandatory, in user-friendly terms own growth. i do no longer stay for somebody in yet another plane of existence; people who've made it that far understand extra efficient than to assume such nonsense. amon, certainly.

I became a Christian when I was 12 years old, in 1961.
When I was baptized, the one who baptized me denied that any changes would take place, but it was at that time I felt God fill me with the Holy Spirit. How wonderfully sweet is that experience.

Sorry..... that Prayer.... Will NOT... Save Anyone ..... HERE....!

WHY.... You say ?

BECAUSE.... People do not Know what SIN.... IS..!

They DO NOT WANT TO KNOW... what SIN... IS..!

And they DO NOT CARE.... ABOUT THE.... Righteous Requirements .... OF A HOLY GOD.... for His Creation...!

ONLY.... WHEN PEOPLE.... ARE... CONVICTED.... By the HOLY SPIRIT.. Of their SIN..... will they THEN .... turn... To Christ Jesus... As .. SAVIOR AND LORD...!

(John 16:8-9-10-11) And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

(Joh 16:9) Of sin, because they believe not on me;

(Joh 16:10) Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;

(Joh 16:11) Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

Thanks, RR

Does your church lie to you with saying: to accept Christ, and then you will be saved?
Many churches teach this, but the Bible says that no man can “accept” Christ because all men are spiritually dead:
We read in Ephesians 2:1 And you hath He quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins.

The church age is over.

Dear Zeus:

I know that I am a sinner. I deserve Hades. But you sent Hercules to redeem mankind. I believe that he went to Hades and came back again. I ask you to forgive me my sins. I now receive Prometheus as my lord and savior. Please breath fire into my heart and save me, help me to know that you have saved me. I pray in Hera's name,

Amen.

Five years ago, when I became a Catholic. I love being a Catholic, and I often wondered why I was chosen to do this at age 54.
