Liverpool ,Manchester museums and the british museum in London all have egyptian artefacts. So would presume most museums in any of the big cities would have something.

The British Museum has the best collection of Egptian artefacts but Leeds has a lovely collection too.

Not sure about in the uk but there was an amazing collection in the Louvre in Paris. It took me hours to see it all.
