I weigh 127 now. Is there any other way to speed up the process? My target weight is 110. (I'm 5'5.)

I have been having a bowl of cereal every morning. (A good size bowl of Raisin Bran.) For the afternoon I have one string cheese and for dinner, a sourdough roll and a couple of wafers. For my job I run out heavy plates of food in a restaurant, so I get a good workout.

Losing weight is never unhealthy, unless you are starting to see bones clearly, have trouble moving, or feel very tired all the time.
If you feeling okay, then go for it, to speed up the process do some jogging or jump rope and eat a lot of fiber, i suggest carrot juice and prunes

That's pretty typical for the beginning of a diet, but you should start slowing down. Much of that 13 lbs was water weight and the weight you lose subsequently will be a lot harder to take off. Unless you have an itty-bitty frame, 127 lbs is a perfect weight for someone your height (and for many girls 140 lbs is a good weight too). 110 lbs is borderline underweight and will be very difficult to maintain. Remember, Hollywood celebrities have personal trainers and cocaine to keep them slim. I'm sure most people would say that you look fine at the weight you're at now

No. Losing a pound a day is very unsafe, you must be eating almost no food. This will stress your liver and kidneys and may cause gall stones. A healthy weight loss rate is about 1 lb per week.
Your current weight and your previous (13 lbs heavier) weight are both normal, healthy weights for your height. Your goal of 110 is not a healthy weight, it is underweight for your height.
The calculator below can be used to determine your healthy weight range.

125 is the perfect weight region for 5'5". I would not recommend losing wieght that fast at all!, Right now it is probably mostly water weight (so i wouldnt worry about losing that too fast the first 2 weeks), but be CAREFUL!
I have struggled with anorexia since i was 15, and your situation is sounding extremely familiar. Just be careful about not letting it get out of hand!
Hope that helps

I think that you should quit losing and stay at 127 it is the ideal weight for your height. Trust me 110 pounds is not the ideal weight for you because number one you can't ne that skinny and number two everybody will think that you are a walking beanpole.

you'll gain back any weight you lose by a "quick fix" like you did. the best thing you can possibly do is take it a little slower and lose it the healthy, smart way and keep it off for a long time!
