It sounded like he wanted to mess up your contact lenses. Orange juice does have acid in it and is very painful when it is splashed in someone's eyes. It does hurt more when that someone is wearing contact lenses.

You should tell your mom to file a lawsuit against the boyscouts. That was deliberate, abusive behavior and he shouldn't be around children
