I had to google mango worms as I've never heard of them before. Are you in Africa? This seems to be where they're located, but all the info says they're on people, not cats.

You'd need a vet to make sure what type of worms your cat has, to be able to treat for the correct parasite, so can you get a stool sample to your vet for analysis? It's very low cost for them to identify which parasite--and you can go from there for the best medication that is targeted to the type of parasite your cat has.

Well, it depends . . .
If your cat is only bringing them home one at a time you need to get another cat.

If you cat has a stock pile of them somewhere then get out the frying pan and slice and dice some onions.
