When I fuss my cat towards her back, close to its tail, her eyes go wide open, she turns her head towards me in a strange fashion, starts licking her lips alot ,and then playfully bites and licks my arm... is there a rational explanation for this behavior?? Hopefully it doesn't mean I'm giving this pusssy an orgasm!
P.S. had to use 3 sss's cos ***** is shown by stars!! Why is this.. A ***** is a cat isn't it??

Male cats do this too. Some of them at least. I figure it's an accupressure point that starts the grooming reaction.

My male cat (neutered, about 7 years old) does that when he gets scritched on top the hips. He torques his head back and forth, closes his eyes halfway and starts licking with his tongue on nothing in front of him. We found another spot on the chest bone (the collar bone point right in front) that he'll do that for too.

I can't get any of the other 4 to do the same reaction, so I think it's only particular cats who have this thing. It's not sexual. Seems to be related to grooming.

Well it could be that... lol... my cat's tail gets bushy and she drools when I do that too! Then she sticks her butt at me! So I try to avoid that area at ALL costs! She also rolls around like she got laid or something! Its normal, just weird... lol.

I'm not a vet, but yes, you do seem to be getting a mating response from her.
