The Bible was not one continuous book by one author. It was a compilation of several manuscripts and testimonies. The Church threw out what didn't fit their particular belief at the time. It was a little embarrassing after throwing out the Book of Jubilees (which I believe supported the idea of reincarnation) and then later to have that book found amongst the Dead Sea Scrolls.
So it comes down to whether one believes the popular notion that God, Himself, ensures the accuracy of His word. (But we have only man's word about that). Or, which scholars we choose to believe. The fact that whole nations have similar beliefs indicates most people accept what they have been told by their parents and church leaders and do not arrive at the "truth" by independent investigation. Otherwise, there would be much more diversity within nations.
Others are absolutely convinced that their religion is the correct one because they have experienced a direct assurance from God that they have the one "true religion". But what are we to say when absolutely sincere people all make that same claim? So there can be no absolute proof ......only what it takes for you to accept as "proof"....

Yes, especially considering that the man who trashed those seven books of God's Holy Word fully intended to trash three New Testament books as well, which was prevented only by the vehement objection of his own followers.
The original KJV is generally considered one of the least accurate translations still in use, with more than 3,500 translational errors. The translators assigned by King James simply were not expert in the ancient languages. The Revised KJV is much improved, many of the original errors having been corrected. But a number of obvious ones still remain - such as translating the Hebrew phrase for "horned beasts" as "unicorns" instead of the correct translation found in every other version of the Bible - "cattle".

Question; Is not kjv a translation of the 'Bible' (in English). T the 7 books you mention are part of the Bibles I saw at a 'Catholic' bookstore. the 7 were pushed to an 'apochrypha' (or an index) by someone appartently, later deleted from the Protestant 'Bible' about 1900?

Any version of the bible is the "true" version. God is all-powerful and would surely not allow his word to be corrupted. After all, any corruption in the word would allow for misinterpretation. Any errors could possibly keep someone seeking Jesus from getting to heaven.

You can't, because is isn't. It has hundreds of errors -- not translation errors, mind you, but errors of fact.
