If you want your muscles to be slim, they have to atrophy, which happens when you don't use or exercise them. I wouldn't recommend it.

I think pilates is supposed to be the best thing for that.. it creates long, lean muscles like a ballet dancer's and not bulk them up

3 pound weights for warming up and then go up and up with weights and you'll see a bigg difrence!!
