I do. They are overpriced and over-roasted.

Im partial to them but thats only because there arent heaps where I am (australia) Ive only ever seen one and even then I got there signature hot chocolate which was way too sweet and half of it was cream, needless to say I felt sick afterwards from the overload of sugar, and it was like 5.70$ for it as well which is kind of ridiculously overpriced, the only thing I like there are the double chocolate muffins (even though they dont taste like 100% chocolate they taste like they have bran added to them) but still even then it's like 4.20$ for a muffin, I mean I know they have to charge a certain amount but everyone is buying from there so why not lower the prices? They'll have more people buying then. I've heard that in america theres a star bucks on almost every block, is this true?

I LOOOVVEEE Starbucks!! They have just plain coffee also. People don't carry their cups around like a status symbol, are you crazy? They carry it with them because they are drinking it. I personally don't think they are monopolizing the coffee industry, there aren't starbucks everywhere, and it has about the same difference in small coffee shops as a good restaurant vs. another restaurant. Starbucks has awesome coffee and other things. MMmmmm I think I might go get some now.

The coffee from my Island is famous around the world and I can get an excellent real coffee from 75 cents in many places. Why pay $2.50 or $3.50 for an exported flavor added coffee from Starbucks?
Is not hate is just nonsense to foment Starbucks.

I think the coffee is excellent, of course I'm no coffee expert so my idea of excellent is probably pretty weak in comparison to people that drink coffee regularly.
I dislike Starbucks purely for the monopoly it has on the coffee industry but mostly I don't support Starbucks because it doesn't use fair trade coffee.

I love starbucks!! Yum. By the way who gets status from having a cup of coffee....I could see having a nice car or an expensive purse...but do you really think people just drink it for status....probably not. If they do , well then they are losers.

I do not drink coffee anymore, but I used to... and I never like Starbucks. For me it was more of just wanting to support the small, local coffee shops who were struggling when Starbucks came in.
But as I said, I do not drink coffee anymore - BUT if I did again, I definitely would not buy Starbucks. They are over-rated, just like Krispy Kreme!
edit: I used to make my own iced-mochas... they taste better and are far less expensive when you make them yourself!

I wouldn't say i hate it bit i think it's very overrated & they insult the intelligence of many of their customers by expecting them to pay 5 bucks for a measly cup of coffee. Anyone that feels that they need to look cool by having a starbucks cup in their hands are total losers with no life.

I went there only once with my aunt. Neither one of us cared for the coffee. It was very strong and sort of on the bitter side. I prefer Dunkin Donuts coffee.
