I would just exercise more and eat healthier! But don't over excercise! A few times a week is good! More fruits and vegtables, portion size meat, and a lot fewer sweets! Also, be aware of Sodas and sugary drinks, you may not think they do much, but they are FILLED with sugar and calories! And DO NOT starve yourself or make yourself throw up, both life-threatening!

i dance and i've always been skinny so maybe you should just pick your fav songs and dance around for an hour.
