Prepackaged baby carrots with salsa dip, 1 cup of Cherrios, low fat microwave popcorn (small snack size bag), frozen grapes, whole wheat toast with peanut butter, apple slices, pretzels, cherry tomatoes, whole wheat pita triangles with low fat hummus, 1/2 cup frozen youghurt with fruit and 1 tsp grape nuts cereal on top, small low fat bran muffin.

The trick is to plan your food for the day including snacks. Just make sure that your snacks are things that you need to eat anyway to meet Canada's or US food guide.
