I heard that being a good leader includes bringing out the best in others, how do you do this with everyone you come in contact with?

Mention their special talents, praise them on their talents. Make eye contact, smile, show sincerity. Think of them before you think of yourself. Be outgoing and approachable.

By being positive, and never asking anyone to do something you would not be willing to do.

be sincerly interested in them and what they do.ask questions and really listen to the answer. encourage and commend when necessary.

test them and challenge them to something good they might be interested in and motivate them to it

continuously remind them of their faults

only by addressing their faults can they be their best

that's what the nuns in my catholic school did
