Okay, I have to admit I seldom watch it, so I don't really know the characters names. But one time I saw it, the characters are at a Renaissance festival, and one of the tavern wenches says to the little guy "Would you like to take a gander up my skirt?" The little guy says, "Well, if you insist" and sticks a goose up under her dress. I nearly peed my pants! That has got to be one of the funniest gags in TV history. I can't link you either, so you will just have to take my word for it....it was kick-*** funny.

Well, I can't watch at work, but I can surmise that you are talking about the scene when Stewie does the practice dummy. Yeah, it was good but I think the best scene yet is the "Menstrual Mrs. Pacman" scene.
There is a pretty funny exchange at the beginning of that episode:
--Joe falls off peter's boat
Peter: He's not kicking his legs (yells) KICK JOE KICK!!
Lois: Peter, he's a paraplegic
Peter: It doesn't mean the man can't hear (Yells) KICK JOE!!
