Does anyone know soem good ways to lose weight and keep in shape? Does anyone have any stories?

Drink plenty of water
Eat healthy balanced meals (fresh fruits/veggies, lean cut meats (chicken, fish, lean ground beef)
cut out the fatty foods(fried ..hamburgers,fries, pop, chips, cookies, cakes)
Exercise.....Walk walk walk 30-60min / day...dance, bike ride, walk stairs, situps, crunches, squats, ....anything that gets your heart rate up*
This is a life changing experience and is something that can stick with you for life, healthy eating and exercising*

sorry, i dont got anything for yuh, ha i guess all i can say is eat really good and exercise whenever you get that chance!
You may have to work hard but trying to find the easy way out isnt really a great solution you should actually do what is right and healthy and natural. eating right and excercise!!!!

I download this cool video of the internet it's like an exercise routine base on Latin dances called "Zumba" and yes they have them in English, i have been doing them for 2 weeks now and i see a positive change in my weight so you might want to try it, alo drink lots of water and eat healthy.
