Fat March, have you seen that show. Walking 18 miles a day for 7 days, then resting and starting it over again. This people do it under doctors and personal trainers constant watch. I would not attempt it. There are other ways to go about losing a large amount of weight, but you would have to speak to a doctor.

I would not recommend starving yourself, because you lose more than just weight. I have a friend that lost 60 lbs in like three or four months, but now her brain functions like a mentally impaired person.

Gastric bypass is something else I would not recommend. In essence it is the same as starving yourself. Also 80% of people who have the surgery gain at least 50% of the weight they lost back within three years.

Good old fashion calorie restriction, with a nutionist or a doctors supervision. Also exercise, personal trainers are great motivation or a friend.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Well, it's really not recommended. Anyone sane would tell you it can't be done. I would recommend grueling physical excersize combined with a diet of mostly protein and fruit. Make sure that you take vitemens, and have enough dairy, or else your bones will become too brittle for the exercise. You should be exerting a lot of energy through vigorous physical activity for at least 2 hours a day. I recommend about 6 hours, in 3 hour sections, a bit after meals. You should be eating not much fat/greese, and your calorie intake should be much less than needed for the level of activity.

You will likely find yourself in need of rest to repair your muscles. Take a day off twice a week, during which you do 3 hours of light excersise (walking) and 1 hour of moderate physical activity.

Remember, you only burn fat after the first 30 mins of physical activity. Also, try not to wear out your body to the point of carving cartalige off of joints or anything.

In other words, avoid the fat-storing tendancys of starvation by using up all the fat. Your body should adapt to this form of survival and use a lot of the protein for your muscles, since you are obviously having to fight for food, and this way you'll get more food.

You can't. What is happening in 3 months that is so important that you need to lose 120 pounds? Truly think about that... How important is it for you?? All of the quick weight loss tricks will lead to serious problems.. What ever it is that your losing weight for it is more important for you to be there then to be skinny for it. Be smart, see your doctor and allow him/her to set a calorie count. Start exercising, and do it right. Otherwise you could end up in the hospital or dead before your important date.

instead of 120 in 90 days, it will be better for you to have the goal of 90 pounds is 90 days.. it is a much more attainable weight loss.. but it is going to take a lot of training, proper eating and lots of water.. if you want to lose weight you have to do these three things.. EAT, BREATHE, MOVE. look up on line how a boxer trains.. train like you are a prize fighter.. and you will lose the weight.

120 pounds is too much to lose in 3 months, its not healthy. Cut your fat and sugar intake and keep on exercising, dont give up or stop. If you keep it up long enough, you will eventually get to your goal weight. I took you a long time to get overweight, and it will be awhile till you loose it. Just dont give up--keep at it.

You want to essentially lose 40 lbs a month for the next 3 months???? I know of NO SAFE WAY to do so unless you get that personal trainer guy off of Extreme Makeovers to come to your house and help you out. IF he does that, email me back and I want him next.

Not only is that an unhealthy expectation, I don't even think it's possible! I'd definitely talk to your doctor about a healthy weight loss regime.

p.s. If you lose weight too quickly, your risk of saggy skin is higher.
