No way! I'm one of those people who seems very different when you actually meet them as opposed to online. I'm wittier, funnier, and seem more sociable online, only because I have that little bit of more time to respond to a question than I do when I talk to someone in real life. A lot of people that try to meet other people online are probably the same way. I've stopped talking to people through e-mail, text, and chatting if I plan on meeting them in real life.

For the most part, don't trust people you meet online.

For me it was. But not always. People will do anything to get into someone's pants, including claiming feelings of love. So just be careful! My "love feelings" as you call them, were stronger when I met my current fiance in person. I started talking to him when I was 15, and met him a year later, and again when I was 18. Then I moved across the country to be with him. Now, I'm 21 and we're engaged and getting married Dec. 15th. So, it does happen, if both people put effort into it. It will be weird and awkward at first, but you'll work through it and open up to each other. It's a whole other ball game in person.

...to all the people who say it's not possible to love someone online, you are wrong. I guess you just haven't experienced it yourself.

the Internet is a hard thing to meet people on because you can be what ever you want on the Internet. if i wanted to i can be a 25 year old guy in great shape that makes a lot of money, or i can be a 85 year old retired man. that's why you should always be careful and never meet someone you met on the Internet alone it is bad news.

the love feeling is just you being excited to be meeting someone you think you can really be compatible with. if you have called them, you should remember being nervous and having butterflies in your tummy. when you meet them, it wont be the same because you know a lot about them already, and you would probably have a better chance or having a better time with them when you know them.

I dont understand how you can have "love" feelings for someone you have never physically seen. And I doubt if people are the same in person as they state online, I know I dont look like my avatar and my name is not tina, but if you want to believe I do, more power to you.

It is impossible to "fall in love" with someone over the net. You can't truly relate to the person unless you have been interacting with them face to face.

Majority of people are actually very much different then what they portray to be on-line. As for having feeling of love with people on-line in my opinion is an impossibility. It's not likely to fall in love with someone that you haven't actually met in person and found out about them live.
