I love blue cheese....make it port wine instead of ordinary red wine and I'm in....I'll bring the walnuts.

Well you can eat it melted on pork loin with a little ground black pepper or you could get some grapes and apples and put the cheese on a digestive, Each time tou take a bite then just pop in either a grape or slice of apple.

Sounds wonderful, however some wines do not do well with blue cheeses. I think it needs to be just a little sweet.

Blacksticks Blue is far superior to your Danish,
The crackers I have are Italian,
