If i take a shot of tequila how will that effect me. I plan on having beers tonight as well but if i take a shot will that make it more enjoyable or what can it do. Also...i love brandy alexander's but I dont have the supplies to make it so is there any alternatives to making that?

well if you have a shot of tequilla then have beer you really want to drink something with tequilla in it because if you mix different drinks you probally will get sick and have a hangover in the morning. i would just have one shot and see how that works because sometimes people handle tequilla different.

DO NOT take 19 shots of tequila... you are a small person and I guarantee that you will become very ill and may need to be hospitalized if you do this, especially since you have no tolerance. The only way that you'd be able to consume 19 shots "safely" is if you spread them out over the course of the day/night. For example.. start with 4 shots, wait a few hours, then take a few more, and so on.. I took 17 shots of 80 proof vodka in 30 minutes last year... I blacked out, had to have my stomach pumped, my car was impounded, and when I got my car back, the interior was filled with vomit and I had to pay $200 to get it cleaned... that night cost me about $400... I'm warning you... don't make that mistake. You can get wasted with much less than 19 shots.

One 12 oz. beer is the equivalent of one 6 oz. glass of wine or one 1 oz. shot. Three shots = three beers, are you looking for a quick buzz?
Brandy Alexanders are creamy, but tequila (I think!) does not mix well in creamy drinks.
For a dessert-type tequila drink, take Patron XO on the rocks (or with a bit of cream, like a White Russian). It's delicious!

just take the shot first(liquor b4 beer). how alcohol will effect you really depends on your weight, how often you drink, and other things. Im an average sized female and i can take shots and have beer throughout the night and not get sloppy drunk, but thats just me

Tequila and beer go together...........I've had plenty beer with a tequila shot on the side. It's not mixing drinks per se......now brandy alexanders, beer and tequila could be a problem. lol...

Tequila shots and Beer it is a classic and it will mess you up (be sure to sleep near a bucket). If you like sweet drinks try Gin and tonic with lime, Fuzzy Navel (Vodka, OJ and Peach Schnapps) or go to Web Tender (www.webtender.com) and type in what you have on hand to see what you might enjoy more. It all depends on your tollarance to alcohol and your weight. I can take 12 shots and people would probably have a hard time knowing ive been drinking..but i have a bigger tollarance, for instance my brother (15 pounds lighter then me and not as tollarant) would get the spins after probably 10 shots.
