I am like the MacGyver of cooking. I can take a few ingredients and turn them into a gourmet masterpiece.

I have no specialty in cooking, I can cook just about anything and that's due to my 8 years cooking at restaurants and country clubs.

I am like Apples, I just throw whatever I have handy in a mix and come up with a feast fit for a king. It is also usually enough to feed an army even though it is just my husband and I at home now.

Well, I'm a good cook, but I tend to make something different every time, I love to experiment! Luckily it just about always comes out tasty.
My specialty is to get people to eat and to really enjoy things they say they don't (or didn't) like!
As for signature dishes, my broccoli salad (I'm not allowed to go to family BBQ's without it!) and creme brulee, but I always make different flavours!

Apples to Apples...I like your style. That's exactly what I always say. I can make anything out of nothing! My speciality is Italian (father), followed by PA Dutch, Welsh (mother) and Southern. I also like to stirfry, grill and make soups.

Dinner party dishes, usually with another one or two couples. My chicken piccata is always a hit, as is veal lasagna or parmigiana. I really enjoy entertaining and love the challenge of having it all ready at the same time!

Mediterranean - I just love Falaffel, Swarma, Couscous and such. I am from the Midwest and never had these foods 'til I moved to LA and once I did I just had to learn how to make them - they are so light, quick and filling - just can't get enough. :). I can make pretty much any food anyone desires from any continent (it is a gift) but I love foods from the Mediterranean best.

Pork Chops. All of my family says that I make the best pork chops ever. Here are the ingredients. Take the desired amount of chops that you want and set aside. In a frying pan, put enough melted butter to cover the bottom of the pan, add 1 tsp salt, 1 Tlb. lemon and pepper seasoning, 1tsp. meat tenderizer, and about a 1 half cup water. Mix all together and lay pork chops in pan. Fry until done, usually about 15 to 20 minutes on low to medium heat. To keep juicy put a lid on your pan.
For pork chops with gravy, after frying pork chops remove them from pan, and take about 1 half cup flour and a cup to a cup and half of water, mix together and pour in pan. stir together with ingredients left in pan from frying porkchops. Stir together with a whisk. Then add salt to desired taste. Lay pork chops back in pan with the gravy and cook on low to medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Porkchops should be tender and juicy.
