Uh Bin Laden doesn't look a bit younger in this recent video. He merely discovered a miracle called "Grecian Formula for Men". Look at HIS FACE and he looks older than he ever did.
Speaking of religion though, wasn't it against his to trim beard?

The black beard is a trademark of Arab leaders. It looks like he is trying to portray himself as a leader.
I doubt Bin Laden is alive, I think the CIA use some CGI to scare the hell out of people to keep them in line.

He probably just dyed his beard. No biggie. Brown-black hair dye is really easy to come by in that part of the world, believe me.

It's Clairol for men. True story. I worked in a small drug store and we had a whole load of Iranians come in. They bought our entire stock of just for men.

Maybe he died and they brought in a taxidermist to stuff him so they could use him in further videos. They just primped and propped him up for this one.
