My sister was in a bad car accident and she is in very bad shape. We learned the bastard who hit her had a previous DWI or DUI record in California but the court was not made aware of it. I am not looking for revenge, I am looking for justice
How can I make that info available to the court so they put his *** away?
Please help

Any Private Detective or Lawyer can get it for you for a nominal fee.
Or just go to your local Police station.
Or, go to your Insurance Agent, they pull driver's license records everyday!
Driving records are "Public Records" and can be accessed by anyone.

You can obtain a copy of the report (or your sister can) once it has been released. You cannot obtain anyone else's driving record unless you have a release from that person.
