If Adam was made rom dirt, then why can we still find dirt today.

Metaphorically speaking as a non-christian this is true, the atomic structure of molecules that exist on this planet are found in all things.

I believe that 'being created from dirt' is a symbol, and it's not meant to be taken literally. Anyway, he was just a human being. SO I don't think ALL the dirt in the world would be used to build him... just a few kilos.
