dont be a dick and make alot of money, i know it sounds simple man but chicks like to go out and have a good time just like you do and if your buying you'll never be lonely.

First off: be nice to her. Say hello when you walk past, maybe try and strike up a conversation with her. Keep the conversations short to start out with; then as you get more comfortable being around each other, maybe ask her out to see a film or something.
You gotta remember that the little things count. As I said, a little 'hello' or 'Are you ok? You don't look too happy.' when she's upset can work wonders, I guarantee it. Just keep working on it, you'll get there someday.

well, you could always do something really stupid...no, dont do that im kidding. Just have some backbone and talk to her dude. and if she ignores you, then she doesnt like you, and you should forget about her. there is plenty of fish in the sea
