Maybe at a collectible book type of store. There used to be one in New York. The name was Peter Hensley book sellers. I have gotten some older Bibles there.

Believe it or not, you should try your local college or university bookstores. Quite often they have classes in Comparative Religion or Literature of the Bible. If they don't they may be able to order one for you.

I dont know But I do have one I think I have a cambride Bible in the garage packed away It was my great Grandmothers.

Yes, do look on eBay, but you can also check Amazon's used books, and www.abe.com (american booksellers).
