I miss the split season for the Busch series. I'm not happy with ESPN back to the old attitude that Nascar is just another sport. I don't care about other sporting events. Fox did not post sports scores at the bottom. I watch ESPN because they are the only one to broadcast, but they need to do a better job. Did the interview anyone else besides Kyle last night?

They pretty much showed they don't understand the audience. Fox and their Speed channel do a MUCH better job. TNT does a much better job.
ESPN may be "The Worldwide Leader In Sports", but they tend to grab on to things after other networks make them popular, and fail to understand why people watched them on the channels that made them popular. Poker is a great example. I used to watch poker on The Travel Channel more than a few years ago. Now, it's everywhere, and the simple fact remains that The Travel Channel coverage was still the best, much better than ESPNs for certain.
Poor coverage. They need to talk to the people who watch the events as to why they watch the events, not some moron with a degree in marketing who "knows what they want".

I do not like ESPN's coverage of NASCAR at all. I think they use the wrong camera angles and focus on the wrong things for way too long. I hate the commentators and I miss DW's Boogity Boogity Boogity, Let's go racin' boys.

its actually getting a lot better it seems like since the "car of tomorrow" showed up espn has made some changes to the coverage. with the draft outlines and car cams. its not great but definately stepping it up.

I'm not a fan of it. It will not stop me from watching though. I was never a fan of Rusty when he drove. Well what can ya do.
