I think Tommy as the white and green ranger was the best, he was the first sixth ranger and the first ranger to turn evil and then good and he changed the original format of power rangers which is just having 5 rangers.
I also think Zhane the Silver Ranger is the second best, he was probably the second strongest ranger behind the gold ranger and saved his friends many times in power rangers in space.
I think Mike as Magna Defender was pretty good.

Yes, I did really like Tommy as the sixth Ranger when he was Green Ranger. I was not too crazy about his white Ranger Powers. Zhane and Mike were also pretty cool. I also likes Merrick the Lunar Wolf Ranger on Wild Force and Daggeron the Solaris Knight on Mystic Force :)

Don't count out the Phantom Ranger, he helped a great deal, not only in Turbo, but a lot in PRiS as well, giving Andros the Delta MegaZord disc. Cameron of Ninja Storm was a big help as well, not only and a computer expert but as the Samurai Ranger as well. The only series I know of that didn't have six Rangers is Dino Thunder, but S P D made up for that with 9 Rangers, Jack, Syd, Cruger, Nova, Sam, Kat, "Z", Sky, and Bridge, even though Nova and Kat appeared as Rangers in only one episode. In the current series, Tyzonne is the sixth Ranger in Operation Overdrive.

I think I consider Tommy (as green and white rangers--mmpr), Merrick(silver lunar wolf wild force ranger), Cam (ninja storm green samurai ranger), 'cause they are like the serious 6th rangers in their respective seasons. and they are all good rangers as well, not only do they fight good but also, they are the striongest ranger among others...
