You are not the only one that suffers from this problem. You are probably dry and had difficulty inserting the tampon. Call your doctor/doctor's nurse and ask what you cream you can rub on the outside of the tampon? Depending on the tampon you might be able to do something to slide it in easier; Or you might just have to switch brands.

Whatever, you do don't force the tampon in, you could do damage to your insides.

Call the doctor's office now! Best of Luck!

I get this sometimes. What you have to do is make sure it's fully inserted or use a brand with a shorter length. Otherwise, the tampon will slowly creep back out and that's why it hurts when you bend over or sit straight up.

They shouldn't hurt when you bend over. If they do, it's because the tampon isn't in far enough - take it out and get a new one, but push it further up.

A TAMPON SHOULD NOT HURT IF IT IS PUT IN CORRECTLY. YOU MAY HAVE AN INFECTION, PERHAPS YOU SHOULD TALK TO YOUR OBGYN NURSE SHE AT LEAST KNOW IF YOU SHOULD SEE THE DOCTOR .
IT COULD ALSO BE DUE TO THE WAY YOU ARE BUILT. SOME WOMEN CAN'T USE TAMPONS. PERHAPS YOU HAVE ADHESIONS, A CYST OR SOMETHING ELSE.

The only thing that I can think of is that you put it in wrong.
